COVID-19 Update

From Tuesday 2 February '21 our essential retail business has updated how it is operating due to the latest COVID-19 restrictions.

Our showroom will re-open to customers on an appointment basis to control the numbers through our showroom, and help limit the spread of COVID-19.

Appointments can be booked with our sales team:

• Through our Social Media channels

Tell us when you would like to visit and a member of the team will be in contact to confirm an appointment slot.

Please note strict COVID-19 measures remain in place:

• Walk-ins are not permitted
• Appointments will be time limited. Please try to arrive at our carpark 5/10 minutes prior to your appointment slot
• Customer COVID Questionnaire to be completed by customer upon arrival, and prior to sales consultation commencing
• Hand sanitising to be carried out on arrival
• Face masks must be worn from arrival to leaving our showroom
• Social distancing to be maintained, and directional arrows to be followed through the showroom
• Customer groups to be restricted to 2 people - children are not permitted at this stage
• Please do not travel if you feel unwell, have experienced any COVID-19 symptoms in the past 48 hours, have been asked to isolate, or have been a close contact of anyone with COVID-19

Our Plumbing Trade Counter remains open to offer essential plumbing supplies during the pandemic:

• Monday - Friday 8.30am to 5pm (closed 1-2pm for lunch)
• Saturday 8.30am to 1pm
• An appointment is not necessary for our plumbing trade counter, but COVID-19 procedures still remain in place.
